How to Top-Up with Local Currency
1.
After registering as a Trip.PASS member, visit a foreign exchange partner.
2.
On the TripPAY page, show your TripPAY QR code (Paybooc option) or the QR code on the back of your Trip.PASS physical card linked to the Trip.PASS app.
3.
Pay with the currency you wish to use for the top-up.
4.
Once the top-up is completed, check for a push notification in the app.
5.
Confirm that the balance in your TripPAY account has been updated correctly.

When exchanging foreign currency, you must present a physical passport as identification.
•
The top-up amount can be used immediately via QR code payment. However, if you wish to pay using the Trip.PASS card, you need to link the card within the app.
